Legal review before we name you
We will not publish your company name, logo, quotes, or engagement metrics until (1) a counsel-reviewed marketing release is signed at engagement start, and (2) you approve the final published assets. The draft clauses below are operational guidance — not legal advice.

Have counsel review and adapt this draft before the first paying client signs. Until then, do not publish named client proof on the site, in ads, or in outbound.
Audit recipients are not Founding Partners. Any quote from an audit requires a separate opt-in at submission time — we do not quote private email replies without explicit permission.
Audit form label (draft): “You may contact me about this audit. If I separately opt in, you may use anonymized feedback about the audit experience in marketing.”
Grant of rights
Client grants AridLogic, a division of AliJede Solutions LLC, permission to use Client's name, logo, and a factual description of services delivered in website, portfolio, sales, and social materials.
Quotes and testimonials
Client may elect attributed or anonymized quotes. AridLogic will send final testimonial and case study copy for written approval before publication.
Metrics
Client authorizes publication of performance metrics agreed in the case study draft. Client may redact specific revenue or competitive figures. All published metrics require Client sign-off.
Removal
Client may request removal of published materials mentioning Client. AridLogic will remove or anonymize within fourteen (14) business days of written notice.
No obligation to publish
AridLogic is not obligated to publish a case study. Client is not obligated to provide more than one video OR two written testimonials as agreed in the Founding Partner SOW.
