Missed-call text-backs (for callers of participating businesses). If you call a business that uses AridLogic's Missed-Call Service and the call is missed, you may receive one text from that business about your call. Further texts are sent only if you reply, and only about your request. No marketing texts are sent.
Owner alerts (for businesses using the kit).If you opt in on our sign-up form, AridLogic texts you alerts about missed calls and caller replies for your business. These texts come from AridLogic's toll-free number +1 (888) 898-6476, and start only after that number is verified with carriers. Opting in is optional; email alerts work without it.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies; typically 1-3 messages per missed call for callers. Owner alert frequency depends on your call volume.
- Cost:Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts from that number.
- Help: Reply HELP, contact the business you called, or email inquire@aridlogic.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.
Replying STOP to an owner-alert text stops alert texts only. It does not cancel the kit. To cancel the kit, use your cancel link or email inquire@aridlogic.com.
