Reference build — a demonstration of our design and engineering craft, not a paid client engagement. Narratives and charts are illustrative unless we publish a signed client case study.

How Artisan Brews balances priorities.

For Artisan Brews, the emphasis snapshot reflects a specialty retail build: we pushed hardest on product UX and brand storytelling, a cart path that can mature into subscriptions, and catalog patterns that stay easy to extend—while keeping performance and SEO structure strong so discovery and fast loads support every drop and seasonal collection.

How is this chart derived?

The bars show relative emphasis across qualitative dimensions (UX, performance, SEO structure, conversion, and long-term extensibility) for this portfolio demo. Heights are illustrative so each case study reads distinctly; they are not computed from traffic, revenue, or A/B tests. When a client agrees to publish specific metrics, we can replace this graphic with a chart built from that approved data.

The Challenge

What we set out to solve.

Specialty coffee brands compete on story and craft, not price. The brief was to build a storefront that felt as considered as the product itself, with room to grow into subscriptions.

Our Approach

How we built it.

  • 01

Designed a brand-forward visual system anchored in warm neutrals and editorial typography.

  • 02

Built a modular product card pattern that scales from single drops to seasonal collections.

  • 03

Architected the cart and checkout to plug into a future payments and subscription backend.

The Outcome

What this reference build demonstrates.

  • A storefront that reads as premium without feeling cold or sterile.
  • Component patterns ready to support recurring orders and tiered membership tiers.
  • A foundation product teams can extend with reviews, blogs, and content marketing.
