Northline Plumbing Co.
A DFW plumbing concept built around estimate requests, mobile call/book CTAs, and follow-up so inquiries become scheduled jobs — not a brochure site.
Reference build — a demonstration of our design and engineering craft, not a paid client engagement. Narratives and charts are illustrative unless we publish a signed client case study.
After an estimate or visit window goes out, the homeowner taps Confirm (or presses 1 on landline) so the job locks on the board — demo of the follow-up rail we wire for home-services shops.
Illustrative before/after for this reference build — not a client rebrand. After shows the current live demo capture.

For Estimate→confirm (RidgeLine), the emphasis snapshot is illustrative, not measured client performance. It weights the confirm rail — a one-tap Confirm, a reschedule path, and a landline voice fallback — so a proposed window can lock on the board. It does not report confirmations, bookings, or revenue, it does not imply live Lookup, SMS, or voice, and it does not include the Wave C no-reply nudge.
Disclaimer: This snapshot reflects where we prioritized work for this project—based on goals and scope—not measured analytics, exported KPIs, or live dashboard data.
The bars show relative emphasis across qualitative dimensions (UX, performance, SEO structure, conversion, and long-term extensibility) for this portfolio demo. Heights are illustrative so each case study reads distinctly; they are not computed from traffic, revenue, or A/B tests. When a client agrees to publish specific metrics, we can replace this graphic with a chart built from that approved data.
An estimate or proposed window goes out, and nobody confirms. The slot stays soft, the homeowner calls another shop, and the owner never sees it lock. This reference build walks that follow-up rail for a fictional RidgeLine Roofing Co. job — Jordan Hale in Plano, storm shingle damage, a Thu 1:00–3:00 p.m. inspection. It is a concept demo, not a live messaging product and not a paid client engagement.
Scripted three paths on one page: Mobile taps Confirm (or replies CONFIRM), Reschedule picks another time, and Landline falls back to email plus a voice mock — press 1 to confirm, 2 to reschedule, 0 to talk to the shop.
Every message and call is labeled Sample · Not sent · Not dialed · Demo. Nothing looks up a real number, sends SMS or email, or places a call.
The owner board moves from Pending confirm to Confirmed, or to Reschedule requested, with a channel badge for SMS, Email, or Voice.
A full no-reply nudge is Wave C and out of scope. This demo stops at confirm, reschedule, and the landline fallback.

A fictional Frisco, Plano, and McKinney HVAC shop. A missed call takes a dual path — sample SMS on mobile, voice fallback on landline — so the job can still get a window. Concept demo only; no live SMS or VoIP.
