Northline Plumbing Co.
A DFW plumbing concept built around estimate requests, mobile call/book CTAs, and follow-up so inquiries become scheduled jobs — not a brochure site.
Reference build — a demonstration of our design and engineering craft, not a paid client engagement. Narratives and charts are illustrative unless we publish a signed client case study.
Happy homeowners see a demo review prompt; Okay / Not great stays private with an owner ping so you can fix it first. Concept demo only.
Illustrative before/after for this reference build — not a client rebrand. After shows the current live demo capture.

For Review ask (LumenLine), the emphasis snapshot is illustrative, not measured client performance. It weights the ask rail — a demo review prompt when the visit was great, and a private owner ping when it was okay or not great — so unhappy feedback is not pushed to a public review. It does not report ratings, reviews, or revenue, and it does not imply a live review post, SMS, or voice.
Disclaimer: This snapshot reflects where we prioritized work for this project—based on goals and scope—not measured analytics, exported KPIs, or live dashboard data.
The bars show relative emphasis across qualitative dimensions (UX, performance, SEO structure, conversion, and long-term extensibility) for this portfolio demo. Heights are illustrative so each case study reads distinctly; they are not computed from traffic, revenue, or A/B tests. When a client agrees to publish specific metrics, we can replace this graphic with a chart built from that approved data.
The job is done, and the only ask that goes out is a public review. An okay or not-great visit lands on the open web before the owner can fix it. This reference build walks that ask for a fictional LumenLine Electric Co. job — Jordan Hale in Plano, a kitchen half-outage repaired the same day. It is a concept demo, not a live review product and not a paid client engagement.
Scripted the mobile path on one page: after the job is marked complete, a sample ask offers Great, Okay, or Not great. Great opens a demo review prompt. Nothing is posted.
Okay and Not great stay private. The owner board gets a ping so the shop can fix it first. Those replies never get a public review link.
Every message is labeled Demo · Not sent. Nothing looks up a real number, sends SMS or email, or publishes a review. The demo line stays (555) 014-2793.
Landline is a separate sample path. Sample quotes elsewhere on the concept site are written for the demo. They are not reviews from real jobs.

A fictional Frisco, Plano, and McKinney HVAC shop. A missed call takes a dual path — sample SMS on mobile, voice fallback on landline — so the job can still get a window. Concept demo only; no live SMS or VoIP.
